Service Definition

TulparAI is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that enables companies to generate AI-powered automated replies to Instagram DMs and produce social media content (posts/stories).

The platform consists of three core components: ManyChat integration, OpenAI-based content generation, and a content approval dashboard. Users can access different features based on their chosen plan (BASIC / PRO / PREMIUM).

TulparAI is not an official product of Meta Platforms Inc. or Instagram. The platform operates solely through third-party APIs (ManyChat, OpenAI).

User Obligations

Every user of the platform is deemed to have accepted the following conditions:

Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

Do not process or share others' personal data without consent.

Do not use AI features to produce spam, misleading content, or disinformation.

Do not share account credentials (including webhook tokens) with third parties.

Comply with Instagram Community Standards and Meta Terms of Service.

Do not attempt to compromise system security (brute-force, SQL injection, etc.).

Do not create content that impersonates real or legal persons.

Violation of these obligations may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

AI Disclaimer

Important Warning

All AI responses and content produced by TulparAI are generated automatically. The accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of these outputs is not guaranteed.

The user is obligated to review AI-generated content before publishing. TulparAI cannot be held liable for legal, commercial, or reputational damages arising from unreviewed replies or published content.

In the event of OpenAI API service interruption, response timeout, or erroneous output, TulparAI is not obligated to pay service interruption compensation.

Due to training data limitations and natural language processing constraints, generated content may sometimes be incorrect, incomplete, or out of context.

Subscription & Cancellation

BASIC

DM reply feature only. Basic AI reply generation.

PRO

DM replies + content generation and approval dashboard.

PREMIUM

All features + GPT-4o model + priority queue.

Subscriptions renew monthly. Payment is made via credit card through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refund is issued for the remaining period on early cancellation.

Plan changes (upgrades/downgrades) take effect immediately; billing differences are calculated pro-rata in the next period.

To permanently delete your account, you can submit a request from the Settings page. Following the deletion request, your data will be destroyed within 30 days in accordance with the retention policy.

Jurisdiction

This agreement is interpreted and enforced under the laws of the Republic of Turkey. For any disputes between the parties, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are competent.

The right to apply to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) for complaints related to personal data is reserved.

Users accept these terms of service, with reservation of their rights under Consumer Protection Legislation.

The provisions in this document may be updated by TulparAI without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to follow the current version. Continued use of the platform after the date of change implies acceptance of the new terms.
